Default Which cards on wall would you put

I bought one of those card cases that you hand on the wall the display cards...a 12 card case and also a 50 card case.

I plan on putting graded cards in there. Any of you do that in your homes or office? Which cards?

Default yeah crazy

for me to ask, I will just put the 10k card i like looking at the most....I sort of assumed you wouldn't put too much value in the case, but hey if you like looking at them the most then you should put them in there......

I hope in your house you like looking at the honus wagner the most on the wall..whats your address? haha

Ah...an all time classic thread.

"Guys,

I suppose for one game I would rather have Joe Jackson on my team, but for an entire 162 game season and playoffs, I would rather have Pete Rose.

It is an unimaginable tragedy, thirty-one young adults have died. It's a senseless shame. This is the reason that we play sports. It allows us to take out our agressions on the playing field. Can you imagine Barry Bonds with a gun, or Wilt Chamberlain with a gun. Thank God for sports.

Maybe I'm exaggerating the importance of sports. But how about Jesse Owens at Hitler's Olympic games. Wasn't he in fact showing the master race, that blacks could compete. If I'm totally off-base let me know. Without doubt the killings were a tragedy, but think of what this world would be like without the Olympics every four years.

Default Am I lost?

Wait, is this the "thread about nothing"??

If I wanted to be serious, which I only do on Mondays usually, I'd say you either get cheaper , low grade copies of the cards you like looking at the best ...or take a chance on higher value cards. I don't keep cards out anymore, since my office is too sunny and I don't want them to get faded. I also don't keep my truly valuable cards in the oven, but that's just me...

Barry, My post is the translation of 1952boyntoncollector's first post in the thread into Thai on the computer. My wife, who is Thai, could not make sense of it.
I then tried to translate the Thai back into English. What follows is the result.

"I bought one in the event that the card in your hand on the wall. The Sushi Bar display card, and also has a case 12 50 if the card I planned to bring card Ratchaburi Electricity into it. You are not in the office or home for your cards, or not ? "

Does it make more sense this way?

To answer your question, I do believe the spelling is correct.

Remember though that computer translators can be helpful .....................................or not.

I translated it slightly differently, which is not uncommon based on the complexity of the language. I came up with:

"Eat at Joe's, best hamburgers in town."

Not a literal translation, but it does capture the spirit.

I prefer the Greek translation.

Αγόρασα ένα από εκείνα κάρτα που σας χέρι στον τοίχο εμφανιστεί η κάρτα ... μια υπόθεση κάρτα 12 και 50 ook περίπτωση κάρτα.

I display whatever I enjoy looking at every day after a hard day of work. I hate having cards in boxes. I don't have a 1952 Topps rookie mantle but if I did it would be out on display.

Nice displays!!

Personally all I have up on my walls at home and at work are a baseball card poster from the Burdick Collection, the sketch that is my avatar, an Arthur Miller Cobb lithograph, and a number of inexpensive framed photos ordered from sites such as the old Brearleys in Boston and Art in America. Never really considered displaying cards.
