Why aren't people paying thousands of dollars for these cards at auction? They're hilarious.

Laughs = $$$.

Default Never understood this one...

I always cringed at this card as a kid when I couldn't quite crack the All-Star team in Little League, yet this guy played in the bigs...

Take Care,
Geno

When I was a kid, this was the one that got us laughing the most. Topps airbrushed a Cards jersey and hat over Laga's Tigers photo. The result is a beautiful bright shade of pink!

Default All time?

The guy who made the list has a strange sense of baseball's history. Sir, they were playing major league baseball the day Custer died. Why does no card made in the subsequent 100 years or so make your list? Go take a look at the strip cards of the late teens and early twenties and you'll find a lot that matches your description. Or almost any card of Ernie Lombardi, Or take a look at the 54 Topps Angel Scull. Or go find 52 Topps' Clyde Kluttz.

Default Posting a few examples

Recognizing that we may not find the same things funny, here are a few older cards I enjoy:

DEL CRANDALL

Um, Dell, you might want to get your hands out of the mitt before Spahn or Burdette shoves a fast one close to he plate. Your fingers will turn every color in he spectrum, before they fall off. From the looks of it, you forgot your cup again, so how sbout lowering the glove a little?

CHIC HAFEY

This guy looks like the guy who once sold my father a Buick. WHAT??!! He's in the Hall of Fame?! Like Mickey and the Babe and Chrisry Mathewson? Great glasses, Chic, they make you look like a real dork.

FRED ABBOTT

The newly dead manager of the Transylvanian club, like his players, can only play night games.

CLYDE KLUTTZ

And speaking of names, what was poor Clyde's mom drinking to excess when she named him? Why not a nice wholesome name, like Mike or Leo? But Clyde ...
