Default Wagner action shots on cards

In an effort not to have too much discussion on the Recent Pickup thread here is the other action shot I think Paul is speaking of, of Honus. If he ever wanted to do steroids I think he could have found a vein. It's similar but not exactly the same as the other one that was shown. Any other Wagner action shots? (sorry for the other scan of Bender...it's sort of already there)....regards

Are we not counting the "throwing" versions of his E cards?

Matt,
When I mentioned it on the pickup thread, I was referring to photos, or better likenesses of him than those appearing on his various litho'ed E and T cards...

Leon,
I see what you mean regarding staying on topic and avoiding too much discussion on the pickup threads, etc. Problem is that seeing all those great cards usually spurs several "thoughts of the moment" as it were, but I'll try to tone it down in future, sorry about that...-and thanks for showing that other one of Honus. Thx!

The only non lithograph action shots on cards that I can think of are his Pinkerton & Max Stein postcards. I suppose it's more of a pose than an action shot, but I've always loved the PC796 image. Also, sorry for mucking up the pickup thread.

Hey Leon, It's all good

Trying to get back to being a happy family and collecting with friends I didn't mean to sound like there shouldn't be ANY comments in the pick up threads....I think comments are fine...but a lot of discussion about the cards and sets should be in seperate threads, I guess....Also, since we do have more commentary than we used to in those pick up threads lets see if we can let them go to 70-80 before we start a new one...if roughly half are actual scans then that gets us into the 35-40 range....Just trying to appease everyone...(will never happen but I can try)...
