I bet you Leon's selling off the card as he's going to make a run on the jar of Elvis' hair.

I know that some were eyeing Gaynor's auctions, but there was barely enough there to make a whispy moustache.

(Naturally, I'm only teasing. Leon's always been nice to me, and owns a nicer card collection than the whole of West Seattle).

Hmmmm... balding one day, then seen with an Elvis-like (Elvis-actual?) pompadour the next...

Say it ain't so, Leon!

Dang it. Now the cat's out of the bag. I WAS going for Elvis's hair with the proceeds of the Kelly (if it meets reserve). Now it's too late everyone would know. Oh how I was dreaming of those sideburns And maybe one tuft of hair right in the middle of my head !!....maybe I should cancel the auction since I no longer can get away with the ole "covert-hair-trick"-as Get Smart would say.......on a different note I went to a small card show today in Richardson Texas (in the middle of Dallas). I saw Roger Neufeldt's table and it had some pretty good vintage stuff. I walked around the room and saw about 1-2 T206's and the rest of the 25 tables were shiny refractor crap....and there is still a buzz in the air about Mr. Rockets Lover....who knows ....regards all..

Leon---I went to a small card show on Long Island today and got the three Hancock Clothing cards slabbed by Derek at SGC(all 3 were 60s). The show was really bad also. I saw my friend Ron Vitro there and, as of 1:00, he had yet to make his first sale. Good luck with the hair.

may he never sell another card! I know, he has a greeat reputation. ex-mint cards don't have creases, or tears. Goodbye, Ron, this time for good!

Somebody's selling a FBH Kelly?

I mean, each to his own...guess you need something more than you need the kelly. I couldn't buy it, even if my money got here..unless I didn't buy anything else.
