Default Heritage Items

Anyone here receive their items yet? Compared to REA's quick (and free) shipping, Heritage has left me wanting.

Called them Wednesday and the woman apologized for the fact it hadn't been shipped out as yet, but will make a note in the computer and have it shipped out Monday - SMH

I was going to call or send an email yesterday but decided not to. Just for fun I'm going to wait and see just how long Heritage will take to ship a single, graded card.

It has been nine business days since my check was cashed (19 days since it was mailed), but to be fair, I did hear that one of the Pony Express couriers was ambushed in Dead Man's Gulch, so Heritage might not yet have received word yet that my check was indeed good.

Same here. Been almost 20 days since I paid. Nothing yet. Slowest auction house there is.

I called Tuesday after 15 days of paying--instantly via Pay Pal-- and they said whoops not mailed yet, would put it "at front of line." I did get it today. But shows that checks or e-checks clearing not the problem....

I paid by e-check as well, and did so shortly after the auction ended. I called the day before Thanksgiving, and had a ridiculous conversation where I found out that even though the money had been withdrawn from my account and had been marked paid in their system, there was still a 7-10 day waiting period for payment, there was another separate waiting period for shipping, and that even though my item had been cleared to ship it was still in their possession. I expressed my displeasure, especially given the buyers fee and shipping cost. I had this problem before, but was under the impression it was rectified. I will think twice before giving them my business again.

Very slow to ship but very quick to send dunning emails. Invoice sent Sunday Nov 10, PO in Canada closed Monday Nov 11 for Remembrance Day holiday, mailed check on Tuesday Nov 12. Received "Payment not received yet" emails on Nov 17 and 19. My check was cashed on November 20. Shall I send them an email saying "Package not received yet"?

I emailed and called this past Monday morning, was given the "whoops, it should have shipped" run-around. Then was told she would put a note on the account to have it shipped that day and that I would receive tracking information later in the day. Granted we had the holiday break, but its Sunday (6 days later) and I still have not received shipping confirmation or tracking information.

I won a recent Sunday auction (the one right before the Signature one), and I was informed after the auction ended that my order would ship immediately even before I paid. I still paid immediately via e-check, and my package shipped one day after I paid.

They're extremely sporadic. My item from the last auction shipped the day after I paid via e-check, yet I've used the same payment method in other auctions and waited weeks. Who knows....

I got my items 3 days after the auction ended and hadn't even paid yet. Come to find out I have a large line of credit I didn't even know I had .

If I actually needed it I probably couldn't have gotten it. Isn't that the way credit works?

They generally ship mine before payment.....sometimes they're late though. They are a very large operation shipping winnings from all types of weekly and signature auctions. I'm sure their payment clearance and shipping departments get overwhelmed at times......that's such a huge part of the auction process though that you'd think they would put huge emphasis on it.

I'm no expert, but since its half of their business, you'd hope they could get their act together.

Default Heritage Shipping Delays

I apologize for the delay in shipping on some invoices. Our shipping department has been extremely busy with auctions from multiple departments closing simultaneously as well as the Thanksgiving holiday. That said, if you have paid and are still waiting for your order, feel free to PM me or send me an email to ChrisN@HA.com and I will work to get the material for our Network54 community shipped immediately. Thank you and happy holidays!

Default Bizarre

In what I could only describe as an unexpected turn, I actually received my one auction winning from Heritage before I even paid for it. I got the card within 72 hours of auction close-

Only fair to post an update: The postcard I bought in Heritage's Nov. 7-9 auction was delivered today by Federal Express.
