Default Hand Cut Zeenuts with Tab?

I think all of the TPG's need to reassess their "hand cut" caveats . Or, I guess I could also be incorrect in thinking this isn't hand cut? (beautiful card btw, coming up in Huggins and Scott's next auction)

That is just a tough grade for that card. It doesn't appear to be handcut because the coupon is attached. If they saw evidence of trimming then it should have been given the AUTH indicator with "Evid Trim". That card looks clean and undergraded unless there are other details I can't pick up off the scan.
