Default Start the bidding now!

Just had to share this auction. Zero feedback, no photo or scan, no mention of what the card even is, plus a reserve. Oh, but the card is "in mint condition and has never been touched by human hands without gloves." I've seen some pretty idiotic listings, but this one has to rank right up there for sheer stupidity.
Sorry if I outed an auction that someone was watching eagerly.

Now if it were listed in the pre-30 category as never been touched by human hands then we'd have an absolute possible treasure to bid on...

Nothing new or orignal about this listing. There have many like this with the exact same claim over the years. Possibley the same person with a new ID.

Ah, a hardened veteran. I'm probably well on my way there, but I'm still amused by stupidity.
I wonder how often listings such as this are successful. You have to be pretty stupid to create it, but even more stupid to actually bid.
I guess they must succeed occasionally or people wouldn't do it.

the only surprising part is the reserve. If it's not met, you gets hit some extra fees. 35 cents for the basic listing is no big deal, even to me, and if you can get some sucker to bid you've just made some moeny without doing much work.
