Default Slightly O/T- Who is this guy with Ruth?

I was recently sent a photo from a local hobby friend, and show promoter, asking who was in this picture. Of course I told him Ruth. Alas, he wants to know the young guy in the turban? Any help?

I am thinking that this might be Sabu. He did war bond drives during World War II and this seems to be about that period based on the way The Babe looks. Sabu would have been in his late teens as well, which would also be correct.

I also think it is Sabu. He was a big star in the 1940's.

Sabu made two classic movies: The Thief of Bagdad (1940), and the Jungle Book (1942). That looks roughly the age of the photo. It's two big stars meeting each other.
