Now I have two T215 Pirates! Traded a Clemente RC PSA 6, a Walter payton RC PSA 8.5 and a bit of cash. Would rather have this rare baby any day over the cards I traded.

You can never have too many T215 Pirates cards, Ryan. And I agree that the ones traded don't hold a candle. Here is a catcher with 2 gloves on..

Great pick up Ryan. Do you know anything about it's history? It wasn't in the group of five that were sold by REA back in 2013, but it looks like them. They all looked like they could grade around a PSA 7, but they were all hand cut. This one appears to be the same. We speculated at the time that the original owner (who was rumored to be Edward Wharton-Tyger) may have obtained them directly from the factory due to their NM condition. We thought it unlikely that they were obtained in Manilla and brought back to the States without any damage.

Anyway, great card.

Thanks guys. Sean, I really don't know much on this card, other than what I can glean from VCP (more about that in a minute). It sold in Goodwin in 2010 and again in REA's Spring 2017 auction. It is not one of the ones that sold in 2013, like my chance or your Merkle, and it is not as nice/clean - this Wagner has a crease in one corner and a knit next to his face on right; but it's real pretty nonetheless. The guy I got it from said he got it as part of a large collection purchase.

Regarding VCP - they are not showing my purchase of the t215 chance earlier this year. I contacted them and even sent them link to the auction, but still nothing. I like VCP, but under these circumstances, I think it's irresponsible for them to not post a transaction of this nature that they have been made aware of. VCP, you blew this one. Fix it Please.

Default T207 misfits from Late Nov, Dec

Two more T207 miscuts. The first from REA - and why alcohol and auctions are not a good thing - though no remorse. Second from eBay.

Second image also from a different scanner - my PSC2100 has finally kicked the bucket, it looks like. Time for a new scanner.

Gratz! And gratz especially on the Reulbach. I had it in my cart and was hoping it would be available after my bonus came in. But I'm glad it went to a Net54 member!
