Default Long Beach California Show theft

Hey Everyone,
I'm sending this out on behalf of Sal Dichiera. Many of you have met Sal at the National Convention. He has only missed a few in 40 years. His car was broken into on Saturday during tear down at the Long Beach Coin /Collectibles show. Some of these items are quite unique, particularly the California League & Pacific Coast League items.. A list of the identified stolen items is included along with a police report number. Sal's contact info is included. Thanks,

Mark

Wow Mark, that is a world of interesting and valuable items taken. Hopefully your posting will bring some positive results for Sal..there are a lot of unusual items that will hopefully attract someone's attention here if they become available.

This makes me sick. When you talk to Sal please tell him Andy and I are hoping for a positive police outcome.

That is a LOT of stuff! They must have worked fast.

This is terrible and makes you sick to your stomach! I remember most of these items from his display at the National.

In addition to echoing what others have said, I hope Sal has adequate insurance coverage.

I hope they find the items and the thief. I used to go to the Long Beach but stopped recently. The show area has always been sketchy. Los Angeles including Long Beach and all surrounding areas have inadequate Police . My car was stolen in LA a few years ago. The guy was caught but local DA doesn't even put people in jail for stealing cars. I wish for the best here.

Awful. Hope the scoundrel(s) pay for what they have done, items recovered, irrespective of DA who lets them walk.
