Default Question about PSA grading

I know crossovers you can put a minimum grade, what about reviews? I don't see where it asks for a min. grade, so if they see something not good, will they crack and lower grade, or do they crack only if its a better grade..Thanks gents

I personally like SGC but they are tough if you want a higher grade to sell I guess PSA would be the way to go

They will only give a better grade for reviews if the card warrants it and not go lower than the current grade. However if it's an obvious misgrade, they will lower the grade and compensate you the difference.
