Default Bottom of the 33rd

Has anybody read this book by Dan Berry yet? I normally get my dad the book that won the Edgar Allan Poe Award for best mystery for Father's Day, but this one looked intriguing. I'm out of the country for a month, so I haven't been able to find a copy to peek at, so I thought I'd ask...

Take Care,
Geno

I just finished it and thought it was fantastic. Beautifully written and deeply philosophical at times. I highly recommend it (as does my father, who passed it along to me). I have even recommended it to friends of mine who are not particularly baseball fans.

I got it for my Birthday, but haven't had time to read it yet.

Amazing book. Recommend highly. Just gave away my last copy, it is one of those books that I pick up whenever I find a copy at a used bookshop.
