in the beginning of Field Of Dreams...they show you some images of baseball cards, and if i remember correctly, they had a few cracker jacks---ray liotta pictured as Joe...and a fake Ruth card (he was throwing, i think)...

Yup... it's stolen. The card doesn't exist. It's one of a number of illustrations I did for TS O'Connell for SCD last year. I know it's also been posted on another website (with my permission) so that's where this scumbucket probably lifted it.

I want to thank Anthony (griffins) for so quickly bringing this to my attention. I've already contacted the seller. Hopefully, it will be gone soon.

I have a babe ruth on a blackburn syrup card I was told it dated to 1912 & rare is this possible.

I've alway envisioned that if there were a CJ card of Ruth it would be similar to the pose of Speaker or maybe even McGraw for a head on shot.

I"m pretty sure Babe Ruth was still in school in 1912. If it said "Babe" it certainly wasn't from before 1914, as that is when he signed with the Orioles and was nicknamed Babe.
