Default Another Early Vintage Card Identification

Since you guys did an amazing job last night, I have another item which I cannot identify which I am sure someone will. The players are obvious but I have no idea what this is from?

Edited to add: It looks like it's the same scan as the one in Baggers' Auctions that I just posted

It certainly looks like the same one except for a few small markings. I did buy this from Baggers at one of the shows but didn't remember anything about the card.

Unless he has another copy, I better let him know that I might have the copy that he is auctioning.
