I can live with this look. It is different, but I will plug them into the sets I am working on and keep going.

I like the new flip. No nonsense, with large numbers. Good job.

Default New Holders

Has anyone heard a time frame has to when SGC will be introducing their new holders? I wonder if we will see them sometime this year?

It’s going to be bit. Probably another 6-12 months on that before they are ready. I’m going next week to re-slab all my SGC cards. Robert, seeing that Speaker and Young with those flips is making me want to drive to SGC right now. They look amazing!

^^^^This^^^^ If the new holders fit together and are relatively close in size, I can make that work with my collection.

Since it's a long thread, new holders in the future was mentioned in post #102...

I haven't read all of the responses, but isn't the SGC 9.5 confusing? It's not Gem Mint like BVG, but still not a PSA 9 or PSA 10. How do you gauge price on it? I like how the new cases look though.

Doesn’t it say Gem (eg Gem Mint)? I think it is equivalent to Beckett 9.5

not rocket science....can always buy the card not the holder

You would think its a high end 9....... .5's for PSA usually sell for about 30% more generally than the base grades.....
