This seems to be a reoccurring issue since Mike B's passing. He would have never let it get as bad as it is today, in obtaining a table. RIP Mike, we miss you. And may there (hopefully) be a new committee in the future or one that does things in the interest of the hobby. What a catastrophe the way tables are done. They might as well use mimeographs. The exact same seniority and table selection could be done online or at least differently, to accommodate more dealer tables. When everyone is there you will see large amounts of open spaces in areas.....and maybe some of these getting ready for the next table selection...

There does seem to be some lack of order over at that office. I tried to contact them very early in the year about a booth. Emails and phone messages went unanswered. I reached out to one of the long time booth holders who is on the board and also part of my Olympic group. I finally got a return phone call and email at the beginning of April. I sent in an application and told that I was on a very short wait list, either #5 or #6 and the ones in front of me had very specific location requests so there was a good chance I would get a booth. I would be happy no matter the location. I have heard nothing. It would be good to hear either way so that I could prepare or not concern myself about it.
