Actually hurts the eyes. Might have sustained retina damage. Needs to be viewed with those eclipse glasses.

For reference here is a more typical looking one that won't set off the Geiger counter.

Brian (not mine, but if it were I still would wear protective clothing to keep me from contaminating it)

Until I saw the logo in the corner I wasn't sure if it was Dean's or Heritage.

Heritage's are a bit less radioactive than that.

The printer that day was let go, but bounced back to eventually do the 49 Leaf cards.

The first person that comes to my mind when I see a scan like this is the ebay seller tonemonster-1 who, it should be noted, has an appropriate ebay handle.

LOL Yeah I just looked him up. He's also pushing the color saturation slider to new levels!

The one in post 9 is Heritage, no? Looks nothing like the radioactive Dean's scan.

Here is another example to go along with the Heritage one in post 9. Found this one on the net, and I believe the scan is from one of our Net54 members. If the Heritage example is radioactive, it has relatively low levels of radioactivity compared to the OP's example. The other one I just posted I believe would be safe enough to ingest, and the potential for birth defects would likely be minimal.

Heritage scans are blasted high enough to remove most if not all surface issues but not so high as to appear radioactive. Anyone here want to chime in on their disappointment and shock after receiving a card won in Heritage which appears nothing like the scan in the auction?
