The other person who has/had one is a member of the board still(and has checked the board within the last month) but he hasn't posted since the board switched over. He was a regular poster at one time. I believe he and I talked about the cards in 2006.

Bringing this thread back up because I saw this card just now on ebay, which looks like the beginning of the process for the "error" I have.

Has anyone seen one of these, either partial like this or more severe like the one in the article above?

You can find a complete array of these on my site. I am missing some that I have not yet scanned though. Maybe I will do that tonight.

I have been to your site a few times Kevin, cool stuff and I like the Crigers. I was actually talking about the Griffith only though, sorry I wasn't more specific

The MITCHELL, TORONT is not legit. The scumbag in PA in PA that was faking the Nodgrass cards by removing the entire S created all of the MITCHELL, TORONT variations.

The article is missing one of the main ones, Shappe instead of Sharpe

Since you outed the card Chris, can I assume you got it?

I'd like to get that one on ebay, but I doubt the seller would like my offer

Its nice to have a card of each type but I only collect the ones that appear to be a misspelling. When there is multiple characters missing or the name issue doesn't make sense then I just pass on it. There are so many that fit into that category. To add to what is already here. I have zero desire to own the Toront card. It's one of those that makes no sense.

There comes a point, when enough is enough.

I did just get the Sweeney missing red ink on Ebay, in case anyone saw that one listed. Happy but slightly pissed at the same time about that. I think I could have gotten it a little cheaper.

If you were the seller, please don't tell me. Don't wanna know.

Use to own that one, neat but I don't see it pulling a premium.

Here's mine - PSA 2. Crummy scan, but it's missing half the T and the I.
