Slightly OT - ebay search function and shilling

Maybe I missed the memo (and hopefully not another post on this topic) but I have had search function problems this month related to trying to look at what items someone has or is currently bidding on. I can only get completed items that person has won, no current bids or items for which they were underbidders. This may just be a glitch but a quick google search shows some other folks are having the same problem:

If this remains as-is this could be a pretty big blockade in detection of shill bidders.
