This is a semi-educated guess: Fumio Fujimura of the Osaka Tigers. Robert Klevens will come along sooner or later and will answer authoritatively.

I would guess about $25 or so retail. Looks like 1950s but don't know much else about it.

Nice assist (David too). I would have guessed around the 1940s...I like postcards but am not too familiar with Japanese ones. Some I have seen have been very "artful."
