Default Anyone Ever Seen a Kareem Auto Like This?

This came in a collection recently and I can't find another example like it. Does anyone know if this is real or if he ever signed like this before? Also, is it worth more or less than how he signs now?
Any opinions are welcomed gladly.
Thanks,
Tony

I had several signatures signed simply "Kareem" from a collection that were all obtained in the mid-late 1970's. I still have some somewhere but I can attest that he did sign with just his first name for a while back in his playing days.
