They look great right next to each other like that. Nice cards! Wish I had some to contribute, but the Monster takes all my money.

Here's what I refer to as the "Exclusive 12" of the T205 set. All 12 subjects represent teams in the Eastern League.
They are found only with 2 advertising backs (HASSAN Factory #649 or POLAR BEAR). I prefer their artistic design
to the other T205 designs,
These 12 cards were printed at the tail-end of the T205 press run (circa.. Fall/Winter 1911). We know this for sure
since the bios on the backs of these guys tell us so.

One of these days, I'll see if the Jimmy Collins signature is for real, and I'll sell the card (or trade it).
Here is the Jimmy Collins that's in my set.

Default Excellent Grouping

I collect the gold border set...and agree with you that these ML'ers have a great style to add to the "flare" of the t205s!

Leon, you have done a remarkable job building a raw T205 collection, I think, in a very short period of time. The Tinker is a blazer and the Cobb ain't too shabby. Do you ever sleep?

Hi John
Thanks for the kind words. I work at it quite a bit and picking just the right ones is key for me. As for sleep, actually not so well lately, found the issue and have a doctors appt tomorrow. The issue has made me unusually grouchy lately too. Getting old....well, you know the deal .....

Default Here's my RAW low grade NY Giants subset minus Raymond

Here's my RAW low grade (but much loved) NY Giants subset ... minus the Raymond. Hard to find a somewhat presentable low grade Raymond. At least on my budget :-) Actually ... kinda' hard to find a Raymond period :-) I haven't gotten the nerve yet to crack the PSA 1 Matty to fill the empty pocket. A few other SGC's I did crack. Those were Poor-Good and mostly commons. The Snodgrass is a P42 ... with a hole punch. I was hoping the hole punch was period (1911) ... but probably not :-( I love the T205 set because of the period bios on the back. I've always wondered who wrote all those bios. Maybe a NY news writer like Bozeman Bulger? Or some lonely ATC/ALC employee(s)? Anyway ... a great set that I've tried to complete multiple times over the years ... but always give up when I get to the higher priced HOFER's and short prints. So I settled on my favorite team (the NY Giants) who employed my great, great Uncle (Larry Doyle :-) Thanks to everyone that has posted their pictures so far. Some great looking cards!

More than 1 is a group to me. I am only at 1 more right now so that is not a group.
