Default Need help identifying a football card (not OT i promise)

I've got a copy of the Topps baseball card book featuring all the cards through 1985.

One thing has been bugging me for years. In the front of the book there's a photo of a bunch of scattered cards. I've tried to get every one of them in my collection. However, for some reason there is one Football card included in the picture.

Can anyone identify the card for me?

Here's the full page

here's a close up of the football card.
