Default Help with Picture?

I was going through some of my fathers old picture sides. I found some from Memorial Stadium in the early 1960's. Does this picture look like Jim Palmer? I don't think it is as he looks heavier and the front leg is not high. It is #22 but I think it's before Palmer. If you look close you can see Brooks and Boog. Any help would be appreciated. Also I think it is Cleveland they are playing?

Im not an O's fan or an expert by any means but from what i can find these guys wore 22

Dave Koslo (1954); catchers Hal Smith (1955-1956) and Joe Ginsberg (1956-1960), who were traded for one another; outfielder Dave Philley (1960-1961), who had a record-breaking 24-for-72 pinch-hitting performance in 1961; and pitchers "Fat" Jack Fisher (1962) and Dean Stone (1963).

Definately not Palmer. The opposing team is definately the Cleveland Indians. One of the photos possibly has Sonny Siebert (Indians) in the foreground, FWIW.

Thanks Scott....Do you think I'm close on the early 60's. My father passed away in 1972 so I'm not sure when they were taken. If that is the case then it must be either "Fat" Jack Fisher (1962) and Dean Stone (1963) thanks to evil's information.

[late] early '60s. If it were the '50s, people would be wearing hats.

The year is 1967..

The Indians wore that uniform with red socks 1965-1969.
Gene Woodling coached first-base for the O's wearing #14 1964-1967.

the only year the Indians that numbers 18, 27, and 28 were worn by players the same year that Bauer coached was 1967.

The O's dark stirrups in the photos doesn't match the 1967 uniform stirrups. So I could be wrong on 1967. But they has to be between 1964-67 because of the Indians red stirrups.

OK let me add this picture. I'm still trying to narrow this down. In this picture see how the base runners either have their arms folded or on their hips. The pitcher is throwing, so this must be a releif pitcher that was just brought in and is warming up. As Val said Stone was a lefthander and was on the 63 Orioles roster so rule him out. That leaves Jack Fisher right hander who was on the 62 roster. Here is the Orioles roster for 62. http://www.baseball-almanac.com/team...p?y=1962&t=BAL
You see that Jack Fisher is on it, but Boog was #16 and an outfielder in 62. In one of the pictures he is at 1st and #26. So should we rule Fisher out? Palmer did not come up until 65. It's looking like this may be Palmer and 65 or later??? Did they use Palmer as a releif pitcher when he first came up? I'm confussed as it does not look like him.
