Anyone ever dealt with this company on ebay?

DuMouchelles out of Detroit. They charge 22% commission and you have to arrange for your own shipping. Read their feedback. Nearly all of their negatives are for shipping problems which they just wash their hands of.

This is a well known auction house in Detroit, I have participated in their auctions on site, live auction , never on ebay. A lot of well known collectors have won items from some of their earlier auctions.

One would think that this auction house would realize that they need to address the shipping problems they have and perhaps become a little more customer friendly. Ebayers are used to bidding, paying, and then receiving....It should never be up to the buyer to arrange for shipping.
