Default Gilhooley Johnson Reverse W-575?

I saw a 2014 thread on what appear to be E-121 type or W-575 type cards with Henry A Johnson stamp reverses. There was mention of a Gilhooley. I have a Gilhooley same as referenced but have had it for at least 20-25 yrs. Is this likely fake or real?

Likely not real from what I have seen. Al C. collects them (*Henry Johnson stamped backs) and will hopefully chime in. Never seen that kind of print be authentic on them as I think I have seen it before but regardless not like the real ones I have seen over the years. Could it be real (hard to tell from the scan)? Yes, but I doubt it. Just my half cent...

It looks to me that the card itself is real, but the stamp doesn't seem vintage.
