Default ID help on Gehrig item

Hi, I ran across this Gehrig item. I can't find anything similar on eBay or through a Google search. The box is roughly 3" x 4".

Thank, Rick

Obviously a modern/recently manufactured item. Perhaps the drug company "comped" physicians for prescribing it. Pharmaceutical companies give out countless "goodies" and samples to encourage doctors to prescribe their wares. The purpose is to keep their specific product "top of mind".

I would surmise this is one of those items... I suppose it's worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay. Not a whole lot of monetary value, would be my guess.

Neat looking box, though!

Riluzole was approved for treatment of ALS by the FDA in 1995. This should give you a year range.
