Default Silver mittens tags

Picked these up at a local antique place, too cheap to pass up.

But I have no idea what they would have been for.
I don't think they're tickets or press passes.
The union is in Lynn, Mass. which doesn't help much as it looks like the contest was there several years.

Anything I can find out about them would be interesting

Looks like an annual event sponsored by USA Boxing.

I'd guess the "tags" were given to the boxers for participation or awards. (like ribbons)
