So I guess really this was not Lajoie's, or wright and ditsons idea for the double knob bat.

Kewl pic of a bat there..Don't remember seeing a double knob bat before (admittedly I don't look for them)..... I think tintypes are great... This one kid has a bat almost as big as he is....

I have a double knob bat circa 1900 at home I will take pictures later and post you can notice the knob is a lot further down on this picture than the wright & ditson models
