Default Any Bo Jackson collectors out there?

I had a pang of nostalgia and bought two of my favorite early Bo cards this week in PSA 10, the 1986 Topps Traded and the 1987 Classic green. Regarding the Classic green, I checked VCP and saw that just a few years ago, it was selling for multiples of what it goes for now, even getting over $1K in PSA 10. Did the population increase a great deal in the past few years to drive prices down so much? Or market manipulation at work? In any case, I am very glad the prices came down so I was able to get a high end copy of a childhood favorite. Just curious if anyone knows the story here. On the flip side I saw an eBay auction for the 1986 Traded end on Friday where it somehow went for double what it usually goes for. I think someone got taken for a ride there.

And while we’re here, show us your Bo’s!

I found a few hundred unopened classic sets a few years ago. That might have kicked up the population a little.

Oh, wow. That sounds like a great story. As I recall the cards were sealed in cellophane decks and I imagine between that and the dark borders, not many pristine copies survived. But a few hundred probably yielded a decent crop of gems. Thanks for the info.

I have a few Bo cards. My favorite 2 are my only known 1990 Score wrong back error pair. One card has Bo Jackson on the front and Craig Biggio on the back and the other card has Craig Biggio on the front and Bo Jackson on the back.
