OldJudge is Jay Mi11er. He's been around since well before I found Net54 14 or 15 years ago. He's also one of the authors of the best baseball card books ever written. I'm sure 99.9% of the posters here know who he is.

well since I didn't know, and I'm far from ignorant I'm guessing your % is a bit off.

Is this sold out?

If so I am sorry I missed this. If not I want in.

I am a lawyer and I like idea of set break. All the cards are being sold with equal chance for everyone to win it. It's an equal chance to win several prizes with differing value. Everyone knows that going in.

Everyone is of age and assumes the risk that they may not win the mantle but a mid series common. I agree with the pack apology that is why I don't buy new cards. I am paying a mark up for chase cards I don't really want in the first place. Again my choice to do so. I also bought a lot of junk cards in the 90's that were over produced and no one told me until later, as I'm sure many minors did as well and the card companies never got in trouble at the time.

I don't put a lot of legal thought into collecting cards unless something is stolen or sold as unauthentic.

It's a hobby.

Just my .02

Fred

It already happened, and my cards are on the way, including the 1 High Number I got. If the guy who got Jim Hearn wants to trade, send me a message.
