Default ATP agrees. Pathetic.

A little confused why others are allowed to list there cards on here, but I am not? Do I need to consolidate my threads?

Bobby, nothing personal, but our rules do state that you're only allowed to bump threads every 3-4 days. Recently, after I had already reminded you about the rules, you began bumping your threads more often and even daily in some cases. I actually had a couple board members report this to me, so I've removed a few of your duplicate posts as of late.

Yes, you're certainly allowed to post here just please try to keep it to only 3-4 posts at a time and only bumped every 3-4 days. Thanks much....

They just get buried so quickly here...no one sees them. I have a feeling I could list a 1965 Namath rookie PSA 5 for $300 and still have a hard time selling it here! I know its nothing personal....just an observation.

I hear ya man. And I would say that I even agree with you - this particular postwar section on BST moves faster than a lot of the other ones. 3-4 days isn't too bad though, right? Plus, it gives everyone a fair shot to have their posts at the top

I can't imagine anyone at all actually only looks at the top post and doesn't scan through at the very least the current day's listings if they haven't been on since yesterday. Relax, being a day or two down the list is no handicap.

I scan the first page once per day. The first page usually contains at least 24 hours worth of threads.

The Namath has already sold. Someone on PSA bought it where the threads dont get buried.

Just bumping this thread ;-).

In all fairness, the Namath rookie isn't a great comparison. Football is not real strong on this board in my experience.

Got another Namath? As clearly you are more important than the rest of us, just wanted to make sure the thread stays at the top of the page.

As an innocent observer, your comments make you seem as if your cards are more important than others, like how dare they be reduced to the bottom of the page. if more are posted than that is reality. Or should everyone else's posts be obvious reserved for those less worthy.

Glad to see you are realizing that your commentary on playing the victim actually hurts your sale effort.

I have talked with Bobby for years over on other boards and he is the one of the best guys i have ever dealt with. The guy is honest and straight forward so I have no idea why folks are shooting darts.......

Cause that is what folks do Blackie. And you can't hurt my sales on here....they are non existent anyway. But that's ok. People like ATP just like to throw darts. I know that I am a good, and fair person. And that's all that counts. So the dart throwers can keep on. I rise above that stuff.

I sell more post war stuff on this board than the PSA and FCB boards combined. If your sales are non-existent than maybe you need to look at your pricing structure.

All Star Cards is paying a set price. I am just a little bit above that. If I can't sell a card at a small fraction above a wholesale price, then the card just isn't going to sell on here, plain and simple. And the prices are cheaper than VCP. I can't just give cards away on here, although that is what I think many people want. And I am not the only one with this issue. Other members have silently PMed me similar accounts along the same lines.

Not that there is anything wrong with getting something for nothing. A lot of people want to get something for nothing. However, when All Star Cards is paying $350 for a Sandy Koufax rookie in a PSA 5, and someone on here offers me $300, and then gets offended because I don't take it. Well....there ya go!

I have found the BST to be hit or miss on postwar. I think the issue is that it's a relatively small audience, so if someone happens to be looking for a particular card in a particular grade, great, but otherwise it's difficult to sell unless you're at wholesale and a dealer will buy for inventory. Bobby's prices seem fair to me generally speaking.

I still regret not jumping on Bobby's 54 Aaron that actually sold for a higher price on EBay. 130 for PSA5 Robinson is a heck of a deal as well.

Each of the three posts I "edited" today had been last bumped on the 20th. Today is the 22nd. That would be two days, Bobby. Two.
