Default Hilltop Park photo - print era?

Any photo guys want to offer thoughts on this photo of early Hilltop Park?

I'm assuming (could be wrong) based on sharpness that it must have been made from the original negative, but have no idea as to when. Does the border size or anything else indicate a likely printing era? Overall photo is about 8x10. There are a few editorial markings...the shadow of the man walking along the fence has been painted gray, etc.

The only other copy of this photo I've been able to find online was auctioned in a lot at Legendary some years ago and had a John Rogers/Sporting News Archive sticker. The "Hilltop Park" writing in pencil on that one and the copy I have is very similar.
