Default Anyone Know what this disaster of a Babe Ruth this is?

A friend asked me and I seen them around and dismiss them as used for some sort of game(based on die cut) or a fantasy piece. Maybe one of those thingies you look through.. I am sure it’s already been determined I just don’t know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
