Default Exhibit Card Question

I need some help from football experts.

I just obtained a Pat Harder exhibit card which says "made in U.S.A' but it also has a line at the botom that reads "Chicago Cardinals High Scoring Champion in 1947". I have more than 40 football exhibits but this is the first one I have ever seen that has a tag line like this one.

Can somebody explain?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks Carl. Is this set listed anyplace? I can't find it in the Beckett guide but then I have a tough time finding anything in that guide.

Default Exhibit Sports Champions

It is a multi-sport issue so it is listed in the back of the Beckett yearly football guide (page 708 in the 24th Edition 2007-2008). However it only lists the football players in the set in the book.
