Default Trade Value of these N142 Duke Honest Cabinet Cyclists

Let me start by saying I am a novice when it comes to the hobby so any information would be appreciated. I have had these Duke Cabinet cyclists (Sanger and Johnson) in my possession for a long time and I am trying to figure out what they might be worth. They were a gift so I dont really want to sell them, but I wouldnt mind trading them. I know they are a little beat up, but I also know they are pretty rare. I would love to trade them for a T206 Cobb (bat off shoulder) in decent condition. Am I overestimating the value of these cyclists cards?

Thanks

SGC 20 of each of these sold about 2.5 years ago for about $2K each, considering that yours are in lower condition I would say they are worth about $500-800 for the pair.

Thanks for the info. I took them to a show a few weeks ago to try and get a little more info, as soon as the dealers found out I had a few of the ball players from this set they lost interest in the cyclists. I threw them on ebay to see what happens, if they dont sell I will put them away for another 20 years...
Thanks again for the reply...
