anyone know if this is a error or just a really scarce issue? should I even bother? I mean I will get it authenicated but what is it? it i thought was a Caramel E91 but the Back is a KOTTON and is the Scarce version of Never Go out. I believe its the Rare version. It smells 100 years old even..lol. Thank you to everyone here for all the help in advance. i always cruise this site for great info on the pre war cards. Always a help. so now I am asking. anyone know what it is exactly? Where can i find another to complete the set. I do hope its real. How will I tell?

Interesting creation. I would have this checked out. Several things look alittle strange. Just my opinion.

What does this have to do with Obama or McCain?

But back to the question...they look like real parts, but I'm a bit skeptical that it was originally printed together like that.

Thank you for the comment. Have you seen anything like this ever before? I am grading this will keep everyone posted to my find. it sure does look authentic. I have looked at it from every angle. does not appear to have a different back adjusted to fit this. Looks like it came from a pack 100 yrs ago. Weird! Yes i thought that too. Guess SGC is my only source to find out for sure.

I think it is rebacked with the kotton back. That would be my guess. Please keep us posted. I would be interested to see what SGC says.

Looks like the back was printed on top of a damaged back. The C in Cigarettes isn't affect at all by the heavy breaking crease. The Peoples and New Orleans lines have an odd too thick and washed out look to the font.

Front of the card should look like this:

Don't know about the back, but the print on the front of the card is not right for an E91, as shown on the previous post.

Fonts are all off, no black border around the image of Wags - a fantasy piece.

Don't you all know, the original back was ripped off this card and this is the UNDERPRINT which was found.

Ok. Just need to see what grading outlet says. i think i am gonna ask just to authenicate it Its more money i am told for a Numbering grade. What would you do if you had this card? Pay fee of $100-up to se or just leave in collection as you have it now? i am curious but not rich either. Grading is expensive . Maybe when my stocks rise again I may be able to afford the luxury of throwing away a c-note on nothing.

leon has all of the back variations...I believe...check out his web site. That card looks fake to me...both front and back look suspect!

Here it is Mike...

I don't think I would spend the $40 to have it graded...if "Mller and Huggins wants to feature this in an auction," I would think they would have it graded for you.
