Default FYI Vintage Game Used Bat Collection

Posted By: Rhys

I wanted to let everyone on this forum know about a rare opportunity to get some really obscure Game Used baseball bats from the early 1900's through the 1930's. These originate directly from Hillerich and Bradsby and are absolutely the real deal. I am not the seller and I dont make anything on these so this is not a plug for my stuff, I just wanted to share these bats being offered by a friend of mine to all you guys on the forum in case there is one you want from a particular player or team before they start being brought to shows or being sold on ebay etc. The guy selling them is a friend of mine named Chris Galbreath and some of you may know him the from the National Convention etc. The website below is a link to the collection. Each bat is pictured and you can view the images by clicking on the players name. Myself and a few other close friends of his have bought a few bats, but about 90% of them are still available. E mail him directly if you want any and they are all between 40% and 45% off the price that is listed on the site! Left Field collectibles does not own the bats, they just cataloged them so do not e mail them, if interested e mail Chris directly.

Hope there is something on there for some of you guys!

I purchased a bat from Chris last night...a former minor leaguer for the Lincoln Western League team from the 1920s....this really is a great opportunity to pick up some very rare bats at very good prices.

A quick thank you to Dan Bretta for referring me to Chris and this collection. I just purchased a couple of these bats this morning after a few back and forth conversations with him. Very nice and easy to deal with. Browse the collection and see if there's something for you.

I will be posting a much more detailed discussion once I receive them and can do a little more research on what I got.

Congras Chris on identifying bats I had missed. If anyone hasn't seen these pre war game used bats from the Louisville Sluggers archives, check emout. Oneof the coolest collections in some time

I just received my group of bats from Chris. They are great bats. His communication and professionalism is wonderful. One of the easiest guys in the business to deal with. If you haven't check out his list of bats, make sure you do!

Matt, it looks like you picked up some great bats. I really like that multi-stamped Dimaggio bat.
