Net54 Population Check: N172 Collins (Lowell)
Looking to see how many board members have an N172 Bill Collins (Lowell) in their collection. This one has been on the top of my want list for a while. Aside from the Goodwin book, I can't say I've seen one online or in person.

Less than five known. The only scarcer east of the Rockies team is Wilkes Barre where there is only a single known example.
