Hey Folks,
As payback for managing (or whatever this is called) the board I have put a link at the top of the page to my new website. This will sponsor the board too. This will also be the only thread about it but since it's a small change I want to let folks say what they want. Hopefully it won't cause too much stress or anxiety. I hope it doesn't. If you don't like it don't click on it. There will still not be any other form of advertising on the board and still never any kind of fees for the BST threads. I have asked a few dozen folks about it and no one had a major issue with it. The only thing that was brought up is that this could lead to other advertising. It won't.....best regards ...moderator dude

Great site, Leon.
Glad to see it!
Also particularly pleased that this might be some 'payback' for all
the hard, diligent, balanced work you do as Moderator Dude.
You deserve even more but this is a step in the right direction!!

all the best,

Barry

Visted the site earlier today...it's setup real nice. With all the crap that you have to put up with at times, you should be entitled to put a link wherever you want.

Great site. With all of the BS that you deal with you do not have to justify the link in my opinion. Well done.

And I would be remiss if I too didn't wish you the best of luck. I know you will keep it chock full of great material.

Geez Leon...the place is starting to look like Nascar uniforms now!

Kidding of course.

Great site...I was on last night looking at the Personal Collection site and many links don't work (I.E e94 "Have a Cuckoo" Overprint Lake).

Thanks Leon, happy holidays!

DJ

I'm already looking forward to checking out the personal collection when you have a chance to post the scans...

One thing: People might think its a gambling site ....

Im sorry to disagree, but I live in a more sheltered environment than most other board participants do. Specifically, I find that Leon's offerings crystallize the opportunity to purchase cards which I would otherwise never encounter; and as such, provides a service to us who do not routinely assess auction catalogs, or other listings of cards available.

Hold on: can there be people who are not on top of every offering? Yes!

But certainly not anyone who participates in this community? Ummm ...
