I guess this card sums up how i felt about the National. It was not my best card graded at the Nat but it is my favorite. Show your fav card from the National.

Reggie, you've got great taste. That's one of my alltime favorite cards.

One of my favorites as well. So much so, I had to get this front on the T213 Type 2 and T215 as well. Nothing near the beauty of this 7 though. Congrats.

Thanks boys......to me this is the most positive card in the T-206 set. Most of the players are scowling or frowning so for me this is my fav.

Not really a card and unfortunately I don't have a scan of it but TIK had an amateur PA team photo c1898 picturing Christy Mathewson at his table. We were discussing whether it was a first generaation or second generation piece and he was going to do more research before actually selling it. This was the earliest image of Mathewson that I have seen.

My fav card from the National is the T209-1 Lane that Mike Peich landed. What a peach of a card!

Default Fave Card from the National

Many thanks for the kind words, Dave.

I would also add to my fave National list this Huggins from the Morgan Red Belt series of PCs that Robert Silverman has chronicled in the latest issue of Old Cardboard. This pose is on the front cover of OC, and the article is required reading for anyone interested in vintage postcards. BTW, if anyone has a spare copy of the Red Belt "Opening of the Season 1907," I can complete my set.

Cheers,
Mike
