Default is Ebay Seller Tbarlage a board member..?

I was wondering if anyone knew who this is?

I have seen this seller week after week list singles and lots of t206s for years. Seems like a never ending supply of t206s... anyone else notice this?

Default Don't know that Tom is a member, but

I've purchased many cards from him, and he is great to deal with. Also knows the idiosyncrasies of my collection, and has pointed out other auctions and sales to help me out. A really nice guy.

He's a member but has only posted twice and not since December 2009. I agree his constant flow of T206 inventory (not to mention the quality) is amazing.

I'd love to hear the story behind it as well.

Regards,

Scott

Bought one of my first T206 cards from him (Frank Smith Chicago/Boston). Super nice guy, ships to Canada really quick for a major seller and always provides great descriptions for his listings. I check his Sunday night auctions every week.

He is a good seller, has a great market niche, and is plenty knowledgeable, but it's pretty easy to sell 1,000 of T206's year after year. All he has to do is be the high bidder on any of the T206 lots in whatever monthly auction(s) are running at the time. Thus, he can almost have an endless supply. My hats off to him and his perseverance......he is truly the Lou Gehrig of "Sunday" T206 lots.

Lovely Day...

Default Good Guy

I have purchased a couple of cards from him also. Nice guy, helpful with questions and quality cards (mine were T206 - SGC graded). No problems at all and would recommend him to anyone who asked. His name is Tom Barlarge, by the way.

I fondly remember alot of those Sunday nights! Large portions of my paycheck used to go to him (fast forward to today and there is nothing large about my paycheck) He is a great seller, though.
