...or, one like it. Anyone know the real story about this card? Is it a card? Is it catalogued? Can we expect to see more and more? Is it just recently cut from a sheet of like cards? Who made it (them) and when? Approximate value, if known or estimated?

Yee's description is essentially correct. I won't offer conjecture, but some have said that Yee's cards were cut from the MastroNet sheet he describes. One way or the other, the item is rare and pretty and worth a good price.
