Default Thoughts on the authenticity of this W514???

https://www.ebay.com/itm/13453275308...Bk9SR-bl-un0YQ

I think that's a recreation.

The Giants variety has Asst Manager, I lack that card.

The Detroit card has 3 lines... his name, then Manager, then Detroit A.L.

This card doesn't look to me to be cut particularly short, but maybe it is. Still, the rest of the card looks like a 21st century photoshop job.

Thoughts?

Frank, I believe it to be a legit W514 Jennings Detroit...I think it is just cut along bottom to eliminate that Detroit line of text.

It looks authentic to me, looks to be the Detroit version but the bottom was trimmed off to remove the Detroit Tigers, AL line.

The front boarder's faint imprint to the back of card is a strong indicator it is an authentic W514 Strip Card.

I think the reason that this card is being questioned is that this is a "Manager" variation of this card, which hasn't been seen in any of the Pop reports for PSA or SGC. (Or at least it's not documented there where they just list the team and not the position)

As far as I have seen, in all of the Tiger variations Jennings is identified as Manager, while in all of his Giants variations he is identified as Asst. Manager.

Oops, I'm an idiot and completely wrong there. I should've looked into it more closely.

I agree authentic but the bottom is cut off.
