Default Vintage photo experts - Culver Pictures

Anyone know how old a photo stamped Culver Pictures is on the back? Or is there no way for certain to know?

Any other additional stamps or notations on the photo would generally take precedence over any Culver stamps.

Most of their photos seem to come from other sources, so it would really depend on the photo in question. The markings from Culver generally have nothing to do with the actual age of the photo in my experience.

Would probably be able to tell better if you could post scans.

Culver was around for many years, so the stamp can be from turn of the Century to modern times. Having said that, many Culver stamped photos are antique and originals.

Oh I don't have one, but thank you for answering my question. I just see several out there and was wondering if there was a way of telling or a time frame they were in business. Thanks again.

Means they could be. Which is better than nothing.
