I'm pretty sure that's part of the TCMA 1941 Dodgers set. There were 43 cards and produced in the 1970s. The color and style looks the same but I don't see this particular card listed in the checklist.

They put out great little team sets for many famous teams like the '27 Yankees, '52 Dodgers, '40 Reds, 1936-39 Yankees.

Yeap, the back probably has TCMA on it also.
