How often do the "15 off 75" eBay deals occur?
I try to take advantage of these every time they show, and I was curious if they were a specific time of the month. I know of the 10% off 200+ deal, but do you think eBay will do another deal by the end of the month?

Seems like they've done one a month for the past 3-4 months.
