For about 15 years my parents rented a house from January through April in Orlando in Bay Hill Estates, a housing complex that borders the Bay Hill Country Club. My wife and I would take the kids down for Spring break for a visit and I'd get a round of golf in. Arnie was always around. Anyone could just walk up and chat with him. He was incredibly approachable and very friendly. He also had powerful forearms and a grip like a vice, so you needed to be ready when shaking hands with him! Great guy and he will be missed by all who knew him.

I posted a comment on the memorabilia side with this signed baseball bat. In college, one of my jobs was to sit in his seat at football games in case he came. Later he was an annual guest at the racetrack where I worked. A great man.
