Default Does this happen very often?

Just saw this on Ebay and thought... this would really piss me off. Having to stare at that flap on the back of the card for eternity (unless I jailbreaked it).

PSA wanted it to clearly show why this card was graded a 1.

Also 1917 Merchants Bakery & Weil Baking cards of WaJo.

I see cards like that fairly frequently on ebay, and it drives me nuts.

I don't know why PSA doesn't just simply straighten out stuff like that.
