Default Help Identifying 1930s Japanese Lefty Grove postcard

Here's one more Japanese postcard with Lefty Grove that I need help identifying. Anyone know who the other person on the postcard is? Is this also from 1934 Tour of Japan or maybe 1931? Any other ideas on what company issued this postcard? Thanks!

I believe that is actor Masao Inoue with his dog Fumiko from 1931.
No idea who produced the card.
